1. Promoter

This promotion is offered by East Cheshire Heating ("we", "us", "our").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 15 April 2026 until 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Site survey bookings made outside of this period will not qualify.

3. Offer Details

​Eligible customers will receive a standard site survey and for quotation fee of £100 for a ZeroDisrupt heat pump assessment.
This promotion applies only to the survey/quotation fee and does not apply to the cost of installation, materials, labour, or any other services.
The discounted survey fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Eligibility 

•    Open to residential property owners in England and Wales aged 18 years or over.
•    The property must be located within East Cheshire Heating’s operational service area.
•    The promotion applies to new heat pump enquiries only.
•    Not valid for commercial properties, servicing visits, repair call-outs, or previously booked surveys.
•    Only one discounted survey per household/property.

5. Survey & Quotation

•    The site survey must be booked during the Promotion Period.
•    Surveys may take place after 31 August 2026, provided the booking was made within the Promotion Period.
•    A written quotation (where appropriate) will be provided following the survey.
•    There is no obligation to proceed with installation following receipt of a quotation.

6. No Installation Discount 

​This promotion does not provide any discount on the installation of a heat pump system. Any installation works will be quoted separately at standard rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.Refunds & Cancellations
•    Standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply where applicable.
•    If a survey is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, East Cheshire Heating reserves the right to retain any paid survey fee.

8. Availability

•    The promotion is subject to surveyor availability.
•    East Cheshire Heating reserves the right to limit the number of discounted surveys available.
•    Offer available on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. Non-Transferable

•    The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
•    The discount applies only to the booked property and cannot be transferred.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Governing Law

​These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
